Less milk chocolate, more dark chocolate
Less skepticism, more listening
Less bullying, more befriending
Less strangers, more neighbours
Less drama, more presence
Less hesitation, more courage
Less hate, more love

Grab a timer, a blank sheet of paper and a pen. Set the timer for 5 mins. Keeping writing until the timer rings. Go.
