An hour of reflection, contemplation and journalling for connection and renewal.

As we move through turbulent times, journalling is a powerful tool for grounding and sensing into our inner voice and wisdom. Each week the sanctuary is a place be gently be guided through a series of reflective prompts to help you make sense and meaning.

Themes include: 

  • Grounding: Finding you inner sense of place and stability
  • Releasing: Letting go and moving on.
  • Listening: Listening for the silence below the silence
  • Sensing: Tuning into your intuition for guidance.
  • Learning: Leaning in your growth edges.
  • Evolving: Expanding into your vision.



Book a series of four sanctuaries, or choose a drop-in pass.

Each sanctuary begins with a short grounding meditation, then travels through journalling prompts weaving inner and outer reflections, with space for silent writing and for sharing.
