The Two Magic Ingredients

What if I told you there was a tool which can: increase your focus and flow; spark creative ideas; develop your self awareness and inner resilience; bring routine and structure; help reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm; is available any time; has been done for centuries; is free; works in any language, country or culture and you only need about 5 mins a day for it to be beneficial.

You’d think I’m either bonkers or a charlatan.

Well, I am going to tell you it is not some magic pill, but it has to do with these two things;

A pen, and a blank page- simple as that.

Yes, it’s journalling!

Got 5 minutes?

After over 30 years of journalling practice, I have learned that the blank page is one of the most exciting, exciting, exhilarating and evolutionary places there is.

Explore what the blank page has to offer you- whether that be mindfulness, creative expression, innovation and idea generation tools, or future visioning.

You don’t need hours and hours, you don’t need a ton of money, you don’t need any experience- you just need a pen, a journal and five minutes a day.

Got those? Let’s go!

About your Guide

Hello, my name is Clare Mulvany. I’m a writer, educator and facilitator, living in beautiful West Cork, Ireland. I’m also a long term journaller. I started journalling when I was 11 years old and have  journaled nearly every day since. It is in my journal where my creative ideas evolve- from books, journeys, courses, to setting up organisations and - the seeds for all of them have been sown on the blank page.

In this course I draw upon my wide range of teaching and creative experience, tapping into my background in design thinking, innovation, communications and art.
