I believe in the power of creativity and stories to help us live more meaningful, connected lives. Exploring the wonders of the natural world and the depths of the human spirit, my work helps to guide people from feelings of overwhelm, to creative, hopeful action. I do this as a writer, educator, facilitator and creative mentor.
