One more quick thing:

Gmail users:
You may discover that your first newsletter gets automatically filed in your PROMOTIONS tab. (Sigh). Here’s the plan…drag that first letter out of PROMOTIONS and into your PRIMARY tab. Gmail will ask if want that change to be permanent—at which point you can respond, “Of course I do!”

Apple Mail users:
Tap on the email address and “Add to VIPs” which will ensure the delivery of each subsequent letter. Yay!
